The Lay Delegates are elected by SunCoast MCC members and facilitate connections and the sharing of information between the denominational MCC and SunCoast MCC. They attend and represent the congregation at the MCC General Conference as our voting delegates. General Conference is held every three years.

They participate in regular Florida Networks Gatherings to support the information flow between the Fellowship, Networks, and the local congregation.
